Product Introduce:
DURREX twin-rotor lobe pumps are rotary positve displacement pumps, developed after decades of research and design. The manufacture engineering and accuracy has come up to advanced world level.
The twin-rotor lobe pumps are produced according to the following manufacturer standards: Foodstyffs, chemicals, Regular, Oil-fields and Special-type. The core parts and sealing device of the products are made of different materials and seal methods according to different properties of material and technological processes. There are 12 varieties of DURREX rotors, which can be set interchangeably in the same pumps.
Rotor Introduce:
Single impeller: used to transfer medium with a little large grains because this impeller is not easy to damage grains. The shortage if high impulse, low pressure, small capacity, so seldom using.
Double impeller: used to transfer medium with middle or small grains, with low damage rate and low impulse, the capacity is smaller than tri-impeller.
Tri-impeller: this is commonly type, the capacity and performance is better than other rotors. The shortage is high requirement to medium because its easy to damage grain medium.
Multi-impeller: when impeller quantity beyond three, the capacity will decrease when impeller increase. Multi-impeller has high stability while using, but easy to damage grain medium.
